When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m., check-out by 11:00 a.m. Access is contactless via a key box — we send the code before arrival.
How do I get from Vienna Airport?
Take the City Airport Train (CAT) to Wien Mitte in 16 minutes, then continue by U-Bahn. Alternatively, a taxi/transfer takes about 30–40 minutes.
Which U-Bahn is closest?
The U4 Hietzing station is just a 3-minute walk away. It's about 18 minutes to Stephansdom.
Is there parking available?
Paid parking is available nearby. However, Vienna has excellent public transport — we recommend the U-Bahn and tram.
Is the apartment fully equipped?
Yes: fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine and dryer, towels and bed linen included. Self check-in around the clock.
